A delicious, preservative free alternative to cream cheese. Made from yoghurt it has a smooth, velvety consistency with a mild acidic taste. Also made with live probiotic cultures which support gut health, this soft cheese can be used in sweet and savoury dishes or as a meal on its own as a spread or dip.
